Jim Mansfield, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jim is an Internet entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Intela, a global performance marketing company. Jim started the company in Boulder, Colorado, in 2006, with just three employees and conducted business in the US in the lead generation and e-mail marketing space. Under Jim’s visionary leadership, Intela experienced considerable growth through international expansion and its development as a global performance marketing company focused on consumer data and mobile marketing. Today Intela operates in more than 24 countries spanning the US, Canada, Australia, continental Europe and Latin America, with more than 100 employees, including native sales and account managers split between the headquarters in London, UK, and the regional offices in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Boulder, Colorado, USA.
After graduating from the University of Michigan, Jim started his career as an IT industry consultant. In 2002, he and a partner founded Vayan Marketing Group, an e-mail marketing company in Florida, which was later sold to a private equity firm in 2007. Jim is member in the Young Presidents Organization in both the London and Denver chapters. As a recognized online marketing expert, he speaks frequently at industry conferences worldwide.
Toby Harris, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Toby joined Intela as CFO in 2011 and after a year with the company was appointed to take on a wider COO brief overseeing all operations and the commercial development of Intela. Toby has continued to manage the Finance function, which in tandem with his operational remit has enabled him to drive a more robust financial culture throughout the business. Immediately prior to Intela Toby was CFO at Adapt, the IT Managed Service provider, where he was instrumental in executing profitable growth strategies and was a key figure in the successful sale of the company to Lyceum Capital in 2011. Toby is a Chartered Accountant having trained at PWC and over the last 10 years has held senior Finance roles across the leisure and TMT sectors.
Mark Remington, Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Mark is responsible for the development and delivery of the global IT strategy for Intela. He will be driving the implementation of new technologies that are fit for the future challenges of the digital marketing industry. Prior to joining Intela, Mark was CTO of Ritz Interactive, a leading e-commerce network of twelve high-volume retail sites, including ritzcamera.com, boatersworld.com and flipflopshops.com, with revenues exceeding $100M. Mark brings more than 20 years of progressively responsible IT and CTO experience with Internet/e- commerce retailers, managing all software engineering, QA database and operational teams.
