We are now well into the second day of Ad Tech and it has been a busy show with lots of meetings with old and new partners. The industry has definitely perked up there is a lot happening. Last night there were many parties and companies went all out to showoff their success. Seems to be lots of money flowing through the industry these days.
We attended the GRS / MediaWhiz poker party , which I happened to have won for the second time ,and the Real Results party at the Crobar. The poker tournament was exciting and the Crobar was still kicking afterward when we got there. A big thanks to Yannick at GRS for giving me a last minute entry into his tournament. I was also a bit surprised to wake up to read GRS/MediaWhiz bought text-link-ads. Read more here and here.
We are going to round out the show with the ADOTAS dinner tonight and maybe the Legacy Media party and blackjack tournament. Not sure if I will get there in time to play.
